Bluebird’s on-site bakery works around the clock every day to produce a fabulous array of freshly baked bread and pastries. Our bread is supplied not only to the Bluebird Restaurant, Café and Food Store but also to other restaurants and hotels across London.
Our executive head baker Andre Seidel joined us after two years at The Dorchester and brings with him some delicious recipes for fresh baked goods.
Our extensive product list enables us to produce many items including bloomers, rolls, ciabattas, focaccias, rye breads, buttermilks, baguettes, croissants, brioche and flavoursome loaves such as oatmeal and date, sultana and hazelnut, and olive and fennel.
