Due to popular demand, we’re bringing back the ‘Bluebird Blast Class’ in partnership with our favourite local gym, Lomax Chelsea!
The classes are a 45 minute high energy Metabolic Conditioning workout made up of compound and body weight training circuits with high intensity cardio intervals and short recovery periods. Lomax Blast classes works all three energy systems of the body to melt fat, increase fitness endurance and sculpt lean muscle.
Classes will be led by trainer to the stars Theodora Valente and take place at 9am and 10:30am on Saturday 20th February in our Dining Rooms. Tickets are £15 per person, including a Neat Nutrition-based Protein Shake.
