WHEN: 11-02-2018

There is still some time before the Great British Bake Off hits our screens again so Bluebird, the iconic Chelsea destination, will be treating Londoners to their very own bake off. On Sunday 11th February, from 12-3pm, we will be searching for the best baker around town!

Those who fancy themselves the next Mary Berry will also be able to join the party, each vendor will be given their own stand to show off their cake baking, bread making and pastry creating skills…

For the competition each vendor will be asked to prepare their interpretation of one of Britain’s favourite cakes; the Lemon Drizzle & anything else they wish to sell on the day! Each cake will be submitted to the esteemed judges, with a panel including Great Taste Award judge and dessert obsessed Felicity Spector, MasterChef finalist and cookbook author Emma Spitzer, Alicia Grimshaw, Deputy Editor of About Time Magazine and Bluebird’s very own pastry chef, Roger Pizey. The judges will also be grazing the stalls, sampling cakes and pastries to pick their star of the show.,

Working in association with WaterAid – 25% of all proceeds will be given to the charity, and for those who would like to get more involved, a stall will be set up in the courtyard
