We’re celebrating all things fantastically floral this Spring as we turn Bluebird Blooms into our very own wonderland of curiouser & curiouser cocktails from The Botanist Gin.

The Botanist Gin is the first & only Islay Dry Gin, live the #BeTheBotanist experience & explore the Bluebird garden flourished with some of nature’s finest ingredient & forage for your own garnish.

Head to our Bar to try out the wondrous  cocktails, created by our innovative Bar Manager Egzon – bringing you a host of fresh new cocktails in both the Bar and Café/Courtyard. Refresh yourself with a Botanist and Tonic ( the classic B&T), or go down the Royal route to enjoy our  floral cocktail ‘The Royal Garden’, made with infused rose petal The Botanist Gin, Maraschino, rhubarb liqueur, lemongrass cordial, fresh thyme, raspberries and rose aromatic topped with sparkling wine…blimey!

That’s not all from this bloomin’ lovely time of year – famed Portobello Road Bakery, Pearl & Groove, are our partners in bringing you a Royal themed afternoon tea for Chelsea Flower Show, on offer between Tuesday 22nd– Sunday 27th May.

The royal wedding takes centre stage at this years Chelsea Flower Show as the chosen theme & we have adapted our Afternoon Tea accordingly, featuring the couple’s favorite flavours including elderflower, lemon and gin, to replicate the couple’s wedding cake. The stand will also feature poppy seed and lemon cupcakes, three tiered victoria sponge cakes, traditional scones with jam and cream and of course, cucumber sandwiches. It can be enjoyed alongside a glass of champagne, a cup of tea or perhaps one of our exclusive Spring Botanist cocktails!

Our menus will of course be having a blossoming refresh too, and Executive Chef Simon Gregory has worked some flower magic with touches on his menus.
