The wait is over! May we bid a very warm welcome to Bluebird’s finest new asset, our Executive Chef Harvey Ayliffe who joins us from 34, Mayfair.
Not only do we welcome his exemplerary culinary prowess and energy into the kitchen, but some superb new dishes including Monkfish Curry, Chicken Pie and Pork Chops amongst other utterly gorgeous dishes… Just a few things to get your eyes and teeth stuck into this season.

Harvey brings with him a wealth of experience in the restaurant industry in the UK and abroad, with more than 20 years working at top London restaurants including Bentleys, Le Caprice, J Sheekey and Soho House Group.

Harvey notes; “I am really excited about my next adventure at Bluebird and to be working with D&D London. I am excited to take the menu to a new level with sustainable and organic produce. I am planning some great things for the future at Bluebird, watch this space!”
