Join us in The White Room at Bluebird on Saturday 2nd February for a morning of winter wellness with Sweaty Betty, Danielle Willemsen and The Lomax Way.
9-9.50am – Take it to the mat
Danielle is a yoga and mindfulness coach who lives to help others rediscover joy in movement. With a background in dance and performance, she draws influence from yoga, Pilates, contemporary technique, and movement culture to develop mobility experiences that connect body and breath. She believes that a practice towards agility will provide endless physical possibilities, but – more importantly – can also have invaluable mental and emotional takeaways.
Danielle will lead a 50 minute vinyasa flow class, suitable for all levels. The focus will be on mind and breath to serve two purposes: drop you into the present moment allow your nervous system to choose calm.
Mats provided please just bring a re-usable water bottle.
10-11am – Retail therapy, re-fuel, re-focus
