At Bluebird, we’ve reimagined a beloved classic to honour the spirit of the games and the legacy of a renowned roadside restaurant! Introducing our ‘Breakfast of Champions’, a delightful take on ‘The Olympic Breakfast’ from the iconic, but no longer trading, Little Chef.

Our bar manager has also crafted a special cocktail called ‘The Torch’. This fiery cocktail combines the bold flavours of Cuban rum with the zesty kick of red chilli and the tropical sweetness of passionfruit, making for the perfect tribute to the torch relay.
