We invite you to join us in celebrating the arrival of our brand new Executive Head Chef James Durrant, with a very special preview dinner at Bluebird Chelsea on Wednesday 4th May.
James has designed a divine five-course tasting menu, showcasing five of his brand new dishes including wild garlic velouté, braised duck, smoked duck, croque monsieur & roasted guinea fowl served with onion emulsion, morels, jersey royals, wild garlic.
Each course will be served with perfectly paired wines chosen by our Head Sommelier to complement each dish.
