“Bars and restaurants all across London are paying homage to horticulture with a range of botanical-inspired cocktails.”

Yes, it’s that time of year again. The one and only Chelsea Flower Show is back, signalling the start of Summer and the time to celebrate all things fabulously floral! Luxury London has rounded up it’s “top tipples, perfect for a post-show drink (or three)” and have awarded our ‘Queen of Hearts‘ cocktail 2nd place.

Luxury London writes how our Blossom City creation is “a mouthwatering mixture of old English gin, belsazar rose vermouth, lemon juice, fresh blackberry, cucumber ribbons, rosemary and elderflower cordial topped with tonic water and served with a chocolate cup and homemade lemon ice tea, this cocktail is jam-packed with ingredients right out of a traditional English garden.”

The article also features creatons by our sister restaurants ‘Spring Leaf‘ at Plateau, ‘Eucalyptus Collins‘ at Coq D’Argent, ‘Kent Jelly Jar‘ at German Gymnasium and ‘Purple Rain‘ at Launceston Place.

But the best of them all? Our ‘Queen of Hearts, which is “perfect for slow sipping after a busy day at the show, the flavours of this cocktail reflect the sights and smells of a beautiful summer day.”
