Big Hospitality have announced the news of our new Executive Head Chef Harvey Ayliffe, who joins us from 34 Mayfair, amongst other names including J Sheeky, Caprice, Soho House and other esteemed names.

Ayliffe has revived and recahrged the Bluebird menu with exciting dishes including chicken pie with cep mushroom and January Kind cabbage, and delicious meat-free options such as cumin roasted aubergine, toasted freekeh, pomegraneate and pistachio dukkah.
