Join us in Bluebird’s unique Restaurant and join us either for long lunches as an escape from the hustle and bustle of below, or intimate and low-lit dinners. Our Executive Head Chef Owen Sullivan has curated an array of delicious dishes for you to try.

Bluebird’s first-floor Restaurant is a light, bright, elegant space which has been thoughtfully constructed by Sagrada, designers of The Arts Club and Sartoria. The space is abundant with mature trees, wild flowers, herbs and bespoke textiles from British fashion icon Celia Birtwell.

Chef Owen previously worked at the Gordon Ramsay Group as executive chef at several of Ramsay’s London restaurants, including Maze, Maze Grill and the Savoy Grill. He even curated the menu for Elton John’s annual Academy Awards party in Los Angeles.

Bluebird Chelsea is the place to celebrate all occasions, or just let unwind and enjoy great food, wine and unique cocktails.
