Bluebird’s Policies

– Bluebird favours a glamourous dress code. Entry to the venue is entirely at the management’s discretion.

 

– Please note we may need the table back after 2 hours.

 

– During busier service, tables can only be held for up to 15 minutes so please ensure you arrive on time for your booking.

 

– All late cancellations must be received in writing at enquiries@danddlondon.com. In the event that the reservation is not cancelled with 24 hours notice, it will result in a charge of £25 per guest.

 

– Guests joining us after 10pm must be over 21 years of age.  Children are only permitted into the restaurant until 10pm on Friday and Saturday with a responsible guardian.

 

– Bluebird is dog friendly. Dogs are permitted into the Courtyard, Bar & Lounge until 10pm on Friday and Saturday.

 

– Valid ID will be required on entrance should you appear to be under 25.

 

– Final decision on entrance to the venue will be at the discretion of the Security Manager – any groups intoxicated or deemed a security risk will be denied entry.
