Bluebird Revival

Bluebird Chelsea first opened its doors in 1923 as the Bluebird Motor Company, once Europe’s largest motor car facility and the birthplace of the 1964 record-breaking Blue Bird car. While Bluebird Chelsea has since transformed into the beloved destination it is today, it proudly honours its automotive heritage.

In celebration of this legacy and the Goodwood Revival, Bluebird Chelsea is partnering with Everrati™, experts in electric classic car restoration, reimagining iconic vehicles into clean-air classics. From 6th-8th September, dine on our terrace alongside the beautifully redefined Mercedes-Benz W113 SL “Pagoda”—a truly unique dining experience!

Throughout September, we’ve also added limited-edition additions to our menu including our Salted Caramel Smokestack dessert, crafted with Salted Caramel and Chocolate Crèmeux, Tatin Apples, and Smoked Almond Ice Cream. To pair, enjoy our new signature cocktail, The Bluebird—a blend of Ketel One Citron, Noilly Prat Vermouth blended with honey, Maraschino liqueur, lemon juice, orange bitters, blue curacao.
