Celebrate game season at Bluebird with a very special Game and Wine Supper Evening on Tuesday 24th November in our beautiful Beaufort Private Dining Room.
The stunning 4 course menu, has been designed by our Head Chef using only the best fresh game produce, and our Wine Manager has carefully selected wine pairings to perfectly complement the rich, decadent flavours of the game dishes.
We will also be joined by game guru Ben Weatherall of Yorkshire Game Company and Les Caves De Pyrene’s Didier Cappa, who will share their expert knowledge of all things game and wine. That’s not all, at the end of the evening one lucky guest will head home with a bespoke game hamper including a recipe created by our Head Chef Matt Robinson so that they can create their own game dishes at home.
