Bluebird Chelsea is partnering with two iconic British brands to mark the beginning of Spring with a Penhaligons x Fever-Tree takeover.

We had the chance to try each of the five delicious cocktails that will be on offer as part of this special menu, including the Highgrove Bouquet Spritz and the Juniper Sling G&T. The menu was a celebration of the floral fragrances of Penhaligons, and the exceptional botanicals of Fever Tree. The shared brand values of using the very best ingredients and essentials oils was showcased, lending perfectly to the spring season at Bluebird.

When choosing a cocktail, we also had the opportunity to have a fragrance profiling done, an experience all guests will be have the chance to enjoy this spring.

The collaboration is exclusively available at Bluebird on the bar and terrace, throughout May. Guests will also be treated to Bluebird’s Spring Afternoon G&Tea in partnership with Fever Tree. At £32 per person, begin with a selection of sandwiches from Rare breed hen egg, mustard cress & truffle to Scottish smoked salmon & cream cheese and end with delicious desserts.
