We’re joining forces with the mighty spin-class sensation BOOM Cycle to bring you the first of Bluebird Spinning Sessions. Famed for their high-energy, dynamic classes for everyone from “first timers looking to kick start their fitness regime to hardened triathletes and cyclists looking for that extra motivation. BOOM Cycle is here to encourage you, high-five you, make you sweat, support you, entertain you, inspire you & BOOM YOU. Everyone can be, and is part of, the BOOM Cycle experience. Come join the party…..”
And now that party is coming to Bluebird. There will be two one hour classes followed by Brunch and ‘March Motivation’ talks to help inspire you to keep all that good work you’ve been doing in January and February going throughout the year.
Sessions will last for a total of two hours; one at 10am and the second at 12noon on Saturday 5th March 2016.

– Speaker Series: We’ll be joined by Ed Foy, founder of PRESS juices, Bangs and a Bun, the Fitness Editor at Elle Magazine & Jared Williams, owner of Fresh Fitness Food, who will join you at Brunch and imaprt all their expert knowledge and wisdom!
